Warranty Returns
Please read this page in it’s entirety and follow steps 1-4 for your warranty claim to be processed in a timely manner.
You need to spend your time and energy enjoying your sport, not concerned about the products that you use. That is why our warranties are so simple. Should any defect in material or workmanship be found within the specified time periods, we’ll repair or replace it.
Dowco Powersports will replace your product at our discretion. Our warranty program only allows for replacement items to be issued that are the exact item being warrantied. We cannot exchange an item for a different size, color, type under warranty. We can not honor the limited lifetime warranty on Dowco Powersports products that were purchased used or secondhand.
Any duties and fees will be the responsibility of the customer for all shipments outside of the US upon arrival. Dowco Powersports is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend shipping your product back using a tracking number. Please retain your return tracking information.
*NOTE: IF YOUR COVER’S ITEM NUMBER ENDS IN -03, PLEASE ENTER THE FIRST 5 DIGITS FOLLOWED BY -02 (FOR BLACK COLORED COVER OR -07 FOR GREY COLORED COVER) IN PLACE OF THE -03. If you are submitting for warranty on a scooter cover, please use the updated item numbers:

INSTRUCTIONS

RETURN AUTHORIZATION & SHIPPING FEE (please allow up to two weeks for your replacement product to ship)
Fill out this form, click submit, and successfully purchase your warranty return shipping fee on the following page. This fee is simply to cover the cost of shipping the new replacement item. The $10 is for shipping in the lower 48 United States only. Dowco Powersports may contact you for additional shipping charges for shipments outside of the lower 48 United States. Please reference your Order Number on the outside of your return package. Your order number and the next steps of our warranty process will also be sent to your email.

PACK IT UP
For warranty returns of covers, please send all of the following to the address found below:
- The original sewn-in tag (no photocopies) which can be found on the bottom front of the cover
- A piece of the defective portion of the cover roughly 12″ in size
- The original sales receipt or a photocopy if available
Note — if you do not have the original tag, you must send us the entire cover. This is to prevent abuse of our warranty policy. A portion of the defective material is needed to process a replacement under warranty, we recommend using duct tape as a temporary fix until your replacement cover is received. The customer is responsible for costs associated with shipping the above items to our facility.
For all other warranty returns, ship back the entire product plus the original sales receipt or photocopy of your receipt.
Once a customer has received (2) warranty replacement covers, Dowco Powersports requires the entire cover requested for warranty be returned for review prior to shipping the replacement cover

SEND IT OFF
Mail your package back to us within 30 days with your Order Number visible on the outside of package. Your Order Number will be on the Thank You page after you pay the $10 when filling out the form. Customers outside of the lower 48 United States may be contacted for additional shipping charges. If you decide not to pay the additional shipping charges, we will refund your $10.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email with the Order Number after you fill out the form.

Any packages returned without an Order Number or after the 30 day allowance period will be discarded.
Dowco Powersports is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend shipping your product back using a tracking number. Please retain your return tracking information.

LEAVE THE REST TO US
Upon receipt of your return, Dowco Powersports will process your warranty and supply you with a replacement product if warranted. Please allow up to two weeks for your replacement product to ship.
