| How can I prevent mold and mildew on my product? |
Most Power Sports fabrics contain antimicrobial agents that are compounded in the polymer system of a particular product. Benefits would include: resistance of product deterioration caused by bacteria and fungi; inhibiting the growth of odor-causing bacteria, fungi, molds and mildew. Please keep in mind that even with an antimicrobial agent within the fabric, it is extremely important that you keep the product dry and clean it periodically to keep it free of dirt or debris.
| What is the proper way to clean my Dowco cover? |
Proper maintenance of fabric is important to help maximize the life of your product. Routine care is quite simple and certain procedures are recommended:
- Keep dirt, leaves and other debris from accumulating on the fabric surface.
- Washing down with a garden hose on a bright, sunny day is recommended.
- To remove dirt from either side of the material, use a soft brush and mild soap (such as Ivory). DO NOT use bleach.
- Rinse thoroughly with clear water and let dry completely before storing or rolling.
- Do not steam or pressure wash.
- Do not launder.

Our luggage pieces are universally designed to fit a select category of bike models, for example: Cruiser and Sport and Adventure Tour Luggage, however all pieces are universally designed and can work with a wide variety of motorcycles.

| Can I return an item I purchased? |
Any item purchased from www.dowcopowersports.com can be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping as long as it has not been damaged or modified in any way and in the original packaging. Sorry but we cannot accept any returns on items if past 30 days. Contact our inside sales department for Return Authorization Number. Authorization number must be clearly displayed on outside of returned package. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization.
