Instructions

Step 1 -
Complete fields to the left and form on the next page, your return material authorization that should be referenced on the outside of the package should be your R-web order number (the order number is on the confirmation page when you complete this process and it can also be found on the confirmation email that you receive).  For example if your order number on your confirmation is 50007, you should write R-50007 on outside of the package before shipping it back to us.

Step 2 – Package your item up:
For Covers – You will need to mail back the actual (no photocopies) sewn in tag from cover, a 12”x12” piece of material from the defective portion of the cover and the original sales receipt or scanned copy to the address below.  

Step 3 – Mail your package back to us within 14 days of issuance, with your RMA # visible on the outside of package.  The RMA number is your web order number (ex. R-50007)

**on the outside of your package reference your RMA# (R-web order number) any packages returned without a RMA#  or after the 14 day allowance period will be discarded.

Step 4 – Upon receipt of your return, Dowco Inc. will process your warranty.
